Is it somewhat common for psychiatrists to prescribe a stimulant (Ritalin, Adderall or Dexedrine) for ADHD plus Benzo (Klonopin or Xanax) for Anxiety/GAD, to take at the same time during the day?
I'm not talking about benzos such as temazepam to take at night for insomnia. And I think valium/diazepam is a POS.
Which benzo is better for anxiety/GAD, Xanax or Klonopin?
I'm prescribed Dexedrine, which benzo would be a good combo for me, xanax or klonopin?
I also use either ambien or seroquel-25/50mg for sleep/insomnia.
My doc is really liberal, told me a couple patients are prescribed 100+ mg per day Dexedrine (for adhd not narcolepsy!)! I kinda understand but WTF?! LOL!
