Hi,
Right so my drug worker, countless therapists in and out of rehab, college and university tutors have suggested I have ADHD - I have finally been given a 'right to choose' by my GP but the wait list for in +12 months and I have decided to try self medicate.
I have modafinil 200mg pills - legit - and I have been taking one daily now for the last 7 days. I find that it helps with focus but it also is making me so, so tired. Like - I look as if I am nodding at times. What the hell is going on here (admittedly I have had a really bad sleeping situation, not because I can't sleep, its where I am sleeping?
I am 6ft5in and 16 stone in weight - do I need to take more? Is it just a fact of getting it into my brain chemistry a bit longer? Like - I don't know what to expect from them to treat adhd - with myself it is the attention deficit side and executive dysfunction, and I have been more focussed on tasks and for longer periods, organisation has definitely improved.
Have I just figured out that they are actually working and I just had a bad sleeping situation on a tiny as sofa?
