Opioids adhd meds during opiate wd

Does anyone find meds like Concerta or Adderall to be helpful during opiate withdrawal. I realize they don't help the racing heart issue but I was wondering if you took a beta or alpha blocker with them to counteract the fast heartbeat if they could be helpful with energy?,

I found methamphetamine to help me tremendously along weith anxiety meds and lyrica

Not sure about adderall tho, with meth I use heroic tweaker doses to mask it

Adderall always helped me get to work while w\d were peaking. The nose quits running and pain isnt as severe but stomach problems arent taken care of and prehaps worst. Immodium helps this.

Beat blockers are not a good idea, i read a post about it but cant remember why. Maybe I am wrong though. Do your research.

Not during the "W/D phase" for opiates but once the physical sympoms dissipate why not (for energy, motivation to not be lethargic) IMO having gone through opiate W/D multiple times.

agreed but I am not sure adderal would be a good substitute at all. has lots of peripheral stimulation and the comedown would be a fucking nightmare. Technically you could just bang meth the whole withdrawal would take away the wanting to sleep and restless aspects of the kick at the minimum. Fuck knows I wouldn't wanna run out before the kick was over though shivers.....

Could you like slam the meth for the energy and take valium or gabapentin for the anxiety? so you'd have the energy and lack of lethargicness plus lessened anxiety levels so you'd be feeling pretty good, especially if you are intolerant to meth and can still get euphoric from it.

right? not too high of doses of the benzo tho cause I heard benzos with meth can get dangerous :/
