I don’t need it,
I can live without it,
Its not a given,
it won’t phase me
But if it is not addiction,
then why do I care?
Why do I wake up in a cold sweat?
Why do I dream about it?
It’s not physically addictive,
but what about mentally?
It is all in my head,
but I won’t get sick.
But if it is not addiction,
then why do I cry?
Why does it take so much for me to be happy?
Why does it take so little for me to be sad?
Why do I talk about it?
Why do I go to websites about it?
Why do I listen to music about it?
Why do I watch shows about it?
Why do I draw pictures about it?
Why do I write poems about it?
I’m addicted.

You can be psychologically addicted to just about anything. And I believe psychological addictions can be just as powerful as physical ones. You know yourself best, you know what you need to do, you just need to find the strength to do it. If you ever need anything, or just to talk, drop me an email, I've pretty much been through it all.

You have the control if you want it and you need to listen to yourself and find what direction you need to be going.
