The amount it fucks my stomach up i.e cramps, constipation, pain and bloating after some doses overdoes the great benefits Do you think if i put the amp slphate into tablets / rizla it would settle a bit better.. rather than what im doing atm which is swallowing the powder raw lol ?

I'm telling you not to use them for fun.

As for settling your stomach, taking tums before a normal dose of amp will actually make it stronger as well as possibly settle your stomach.
