addicted but want a healthy life, wat to do

So guys, i was never ur lazy arse kid, always a sports freak, love football / soccer as well as loads of other sports..

im a vegetarian and my condition makes it hard to change from certain foods, but i try my best.

Im addicted to benzos, my use is pretty high (etiz main problem)

Finding motivation and appetite are at its lowest .

am i setting myself up to fail gettimg an early night whilst hooked and walking into the gym tomorrow ? I really looking to put on some lbs, gain mental focus again and feel better about myself,

I also play poker so its hard for me to get constant routine but i can do morning workouts after breakfast adding in lots of whey protein, tapering from 8mg to 0 within 6 weeks? I have some clonaz whicg cud help with the tapering too.

a basic workout plan for someone looking to gain mass muscle and lose soem fat on my arse and tone it up somewhat along with my legs.. core strength is one i thing i lack the most (when i used to go to the gym)

Help appreciated
 
Ty guys gonna go with the simple stronglifts 5x5 , might throw some cardio in there too for some help on my sleep?
 
Yes don't do cardio and weight lifting on the same day. You'll still get the benefit of both if you do them in the same session but muscle growth will be slower.
 
thanks guys for your advice, much appreciated for the link btw, had to put the family pet down today, so heads not in the right place, im eating at least, and washing, will get signed up to gym on monday and will work from there, food wise, being a vegetarian, what kinds of protein other than whey shakes am i looking to get , dnt eat fish either.. i can eat nuts and stuff, dont really love beans, kind of ok, like quorn, hate some foods though so im very picky!

So i need some kind of balanced diet, headches killing from all the crying think i might take some ibrurofen though, i kinda wanted whatever they give my dog, some kind of barbituate, fuck my life at the moment, back to the dark side...
 
Good Luck bro,its hard to kickfavorable habits but the end result might be promising if u really want it.
 
update guys, i signed up wedesday, hurting like hell today, taking it really easy but i have cut alot of foods out and i am currently finishing off my last whey shake of the day , gonna try 7mg of etiz tonight (1mg i know but its a step).. i dont know how im gonna squat again tomorrow, but i will do it. thanks for the gl man, means alot, will get there in the end
 
1. Get off the drugs
2. Take up a full contact martial art

I did comparison photos of the difference it made to me in a matter of months in a different thread, no one wants to see that again though.
