Adderral/valium/pot

Earlier today I took 15 mgs of Valium. Immediately after I took roughly 60mgs of methylphenidate (ritalin) over a couple hours. I then took 15 more mgs of valium. Finally, I smoked a bowl of pot. At first I was CHILLEN, but all of a sudden I got paranoid about my heart beating too faintly and was constantly checking my pulse. I was also having extra difficulty breathing (not TOO serious). I felt incredibly lethargic and weak. I know none of you are doctors, but is this combination dangerous? If not, am I just in terrible shape?

Not really. Probably just anxiety [from pot] to be honest, coupled with the sympathomimetic effects from the methylphenidate . I don't know whether or not you're in shape.

Valium should help counteract the negative effects of the ritalin/bud. It is unlikely life threatening, and most likely just anxiety due to the ritalin/pot combination. Try taking some more valium to help calm down if you are that amped up and worried, but you should be fine.

pot and ritalin each on their own can cause increased heartbeat.

and it sounds like ritalin leaves a lot of people feeling like shit.

you are probably fine. drink some water. eat something if you can. what time is it where you are? if you can, go to be bed.
