Adderall help freaking out

Hi swim took 125mg yesterday morning and 80mg last night around 7:30pm and 100mg today at 7am orally swim hast slept and when swim is in different parts of the house he hears imaginary people talking about him or plotting about him but can't understand what there saying and saw a couple dark shadows that looked like people swim has realized he has to not take anymore Adderall but can't fall asleep swim get prescribed hydroxzine as well and was wondering if it is safe to take because it always knocks him out please help swim he is freaking out and really paranoid and swim can't use the restroom and is freaking out about that too.

Okay thanks I honestly didn't know we could say "I" I'm just freaking out and wrote the post fast to get answers I'm sweating hardcore feet are freezing and legs and jaw won't relax

Take a deep breath and relax. Being sweaty, not sleeping, paranoia and muscle tension/spasms/bruxism are all normal symptoms of someone who is overstimulated on amphetamine drugs. I also used to get paranoia about my feet getting "cold" and circulatory problems when I was first starting out with speed. 300+ mgs of dextroamphetamine over a 24 hour time period is quite a bit. Eventually you will go to sleep and everything will get better. What I would suggest is a comfortable place to lie down, a tranquilizer (if you have it), and plenty of water.

Would hydroxzine be a good tranquilizer I have a ton of 25mg I also have a full bottle of 80mg Latuda they both put me to sleep but I'm afraid that adderalls a upper and there downers I don't want to die

It's probably safe to use hydroxyzine, but I don't think it's strong enough to counter the effects of all that speed...but yeah, AFAIK it's safe to give it a shot. It's just a prescription antihistamine as far as I'm aware, pretty safe.

I'm not familiar with Latuda, I don't really even know what kind of drug that is, so I can't offer an opinion on that...

Update so I popped 100mg of hydroxzine to battle to come down off the adderall and as I was laying in bed it was very strange my body went into full relaxation my eyes were closed as I was asleep it felt like but I was still awake from the addys it was really euphoric but every twenty minutes as I was in that bliss state of mind I would start to feel like I was sinking into a black hole slowly turning then my eyes would open super fast and body stiffin up like I just woke up scared but had no control of my muscles that continued for a hour till I woke up now feeling perfectly back to normal

You'll need more than 5 hours of drug induced sleep to totally straighten out.

My suggestion is to limit the ammount of adderal. Have some benzos on hand to counteract the effect if you get that way. Seeing shadow people and having auditory hallucinations is psychosis.

Sekio is absolutely right...you need lots of sleep and a good meal.

Its called amphetamines psychosis, just relax and drink plenty of water or orange juice, along with a nutritious meal.
A benzo would be the best option to fall asleep quickly, in the morning you won't have anymore symptoms but you'll likely still have the Adderall comedown.

That's sleep paralysis. It's a common side-effect after a binge, it'll go away.

I wouldn't have recommended taking the hydroxyzine, actually. Antihistamines actually potentiate some of the more unpleasant physical side-effects of stimulants, which can cause intense restless-leg syndrome and sleep paralysis if taken as a sedative after a binge. There's also a significant risk of over-taking antihistamines to the point of delirium, which is a far more hellish consequence than run-of-the-mill amphetamine psychosis.
