I am pescried adderall I do not want to snort it, it is ot hard on my nasil passages. I have herd of parachuting, it ut what about crushing the pills or capsuls and swallowong that with water or coke without the tissue?

Yes, that works fine, the tissue is just to help swallow it. I always found it easier to just crush pills and wash the powder down with a drink.

if you're going to use a tissue or toilet paper to wrap it in, check to see if it's two-play paper. most tissues are that way. peel it apart so that it's a lot thinner and easier to swallow.

Why would you crush the immediate release pills? They wouldn't hit you much quicker than just taking them orally in pill form.
