Last night I decided to pick up some adderall...i got 3, 20 mg orange ones...I snorted 1, an hour later snorted another, an 2 hours later swallowed on more.....I also drank about 6 beers..my question is...I havent slept yet...I'm not tired...and I can not eat because I am not hungry...Every move feels weird to me and my body...and i am not feeling any pain at all no matter if i rip my hair out...and i was also hearing nopises...I am wondering...did I do too much....or am I allergic to them...or do i just need some food and some sleep? Please help this is scary!

SOunds like you didnt know what you were getting into. yes addies will keep you up, you are probably hearing things from something known as a lack of sleep trip, they can be weird. Addies also suppress appetite. You'll live, dont worry, if you can smoke some weed, that might put you to sleep.

Well it has been 2 days since the adderall....and I have had some food and some pretty good sleep...I feel a little more myself...but still feeel very disoriented...I don't know what to do...should I see a doctor..or just let myself get better or what... thanks guys

Yaa, go to the doctor and tell him you snorted Adderral...OFCOURSE not! Dude~just chill out, it will wear of if not today then tomorrow. My suggestion: next time you 'dive' into a new drug, read up, ask around and know the potential side effects/consequences of your actions.
My advice: "you play, you pay" (always!)

Your doctor isn't going to do anything to help you. Taking 60mg of adderall might not be the best idea for your first time but it certainly isn't a huge deal. Just chill out and wait a day or so. Half of it is probably in your head.

Adderall is made to last a long time in your system. With as much as you took (and no previous experience), it is pretty normal not to be tired for a day or so after taking the pills. The comedown is long- and it sucks. Usually I just smoke some weed or take a vicoden or trazodone when I want to sleep. It helps, but 'good' sleep usually takes another day to happen.
 
Some people would find consuming marijuana would help the situation - personally I disagree, I think it would make it worse.. but you will recover, it just takes awhile..

Ya weed will make it worse..I hate weed it makes me breath heavily and too paranoid...I guess I will be better in time...thanks
