Adderall XR sucks.. any ideas on how to make it as powerful as the reg Adderall?

what i have always done is open up the capsule, pour the beads into my mouth and chew em the fuck up! it's nasty as hell but it's a hell of a lot better than snorting it. and whoever told you to shoot it is an idiot! don't shoot adderall!

This. Or crush the beads of up in a fine powder and parachute or snort em.

Line 2 and 5 contradict each other if you are referring to the rehab people prescribing you Aderall and then testing you for it? Doesn't make any sense.

I think he's allowed to be on em but he's just surprised that he came up negative perhaps
