Stimulants Adderall XR in UK?

Hi there!
Any ideas on how to get adderall eXtended Release in UK, London?
my entire life ~30 years I've been suffering from unfinished businesses, lack of concentration, chaotic mind, and I am really sick of it, I don't see details and quickly forget stuff. I need focus and patience. Heard about this adderall xr, want to try it. Sometimes I get inspiration to do things, and do amazing progress within short period of time, my attention span is 10-15 minutes. When I concentrate on one thing, I do it quickly and effectively and wonder myself, but more i do more insane and impatient i become,
will adderall counter attack that?
what is your experience?

Tried strattera recently, did not help me much, my mind became numb but less chaotic, but it was sort of like sleepy brain :/ useless...

What do you think, If I buy online, is it legit adderall or total fake?
how much is adderall in US?
I am looking for extended release not instant don't want to get high or abuse it
