Adderall XR - Canada

Hello,

I was recently prescribed Adderall XR (mixed amphetamine salts), I was previously prescribed Ritalin (methylphenidate HCL). I feel like the Adderall XR provides me with increased levels of focus, and creativity, while the Ritalin doesnt make me as creative, and also can make me agitated at times. In Canada they do not provide a Adderall IR, which sucks because the XR is a rather large commitment if my day gets started later, then im forced to stay up later, on account of how the drug works.

What should my next step be in the process of finding the right medicine for me, I have been diagnosed with Adult ADHD, at a high level.

on a side note: adhd does exist but not to the level of a disease for medicine. as you can see the problems associated with these pills with you not being able to sleep and the potential risk for heart disease in the future because these drugs are very hard on your body. if i were you i'd learn to be creative and focused without the help of those pills because you don't get much reward for the risks involved IMO. good luck

Ok, I agree.

I got another question, I know the beads in these pills are coated with something, could i theoretically crush them as much as possible, lets them soak in a very small glass of water for a few hours, then filter out insolubles, let solution evaporate, then have a snortable powder? or even a poweder i could use orally as IR adderall.

i have no idea but with focalin xr at least i simply just crushed the beads n then snorted. I'm not saying it's the same for adderall but you can search it up easily.
