Adderall XR 90mg safe?

Hey so I took two 30mg XR's last night and felt pretty good it lasted about 4 hours I think. I weigh 245 and 6' 3" is 90mg too much for one dose? Should I just take 2 like last night? I guess it depends on the person but it didn't seem like it lasted very long. I've smoked crystal 3 times idk if I have a tolerance to adderall or not but I want to be safe so any advice? I just don't want to take 2 get high and then be stuck with one capsule because idk if one will do anything and it will be a waste.

I suggest you take one of these 30mg spansules, open up the capsule, crush the contents to as fine a powder as you can, and ingest this inside the empty capsule. If you are not where you would like to be after 30-45 minutes, do the same with another, and decide how much of the powder to consume based on how you feel at that time.. This should bypass the release mechanism of the product and allow for higher systemic concentrations of amphetamine.
 
So crush the beads into powder and put put it back in the capsule and ingest? How do you even open the capsule? And how do I get the powder back in it?
 
Capsules generally come apart in two halves. You can crush the beads in a folded piece of paper and then use the crease as a sort of funnel to direct the powder into the larger of the two capsule parts, then close.

I'm not personally familiar with the particular pills you have, so they may not allow that, in which case you can just take a 4x4 inch square of tissue paper, dump your powder in the center, and close it up to make a make-shift pill, wet your mouth, place on your tongue and wash down.
 
Right on. And your saying just crushing and ingesting 1 30mg capsule will feel as good as swallowing 2 of them the normal way?
 
We all react differently, so I can't really tell you exactly how much stronger it will hit, but you will notice a stronger effect than taking it whole.
 
I took 2 30mg capsules by mouth last night that's qwerty I'm asking cuz if that's the case I can use 1 pill instead of 2 and space them out through the week

If one crushed pill is stronger than two whole ones anyways.
