Adderall withdrawal?

I've been taking 60mg of Adderall (or 45mg Dexedrine or 45mg Desoxyn) for the last 10 years daily and going to have to stop taking it for a week due to an asshole Buperenorphine doctor. I haven't abused it in a long while now. What withdrawals should I expect and has anyone else had to do something like this? Really appreciated.

I take week-long breaks like that regularly, but only when i don't have to work during that time.. since i'll be laid up in bed, burnt out, absent-minded etc

I naturally have low energy and motivation..being ADD. Everyone is a bit different

I think just about everybody experiences fatigue tho.. whether mental or physical / both
