Adderall versus Vyvanse/Ritalin?

Only stimulants I Have done are Ritalin (60-150 mg) and Vyvanse (140-280 mg). The Ritalin crash was literally like getting a shit taken on. I felt so bad. And I was like bipolar with emotions. Vyvanse is better for me, but more expensive. Both are taken orally... And probably get used a few times a week, not every day. I have come into contact with 60mg adderalls...

How much Adderall should I take in one dose given my tolerance and history with stimulants?

1-2 60mg adderall would probably suit you pretty well cause vyvanse is practically just an extended release type of dexamphetamine in the form of lysdexamphetamine and i know 40mg of vyvanse = about 15mg of adderall. So 60mg of adderall = about 160 mg vyvanse.

I have experienced the same with a Ritalin crash. The high is nowhere as good as Adderall but the crash is 2x as worse (WTF!?)

Personally, I would prefer 50mg of vyvanse over 30mg Adderall. Vyvanse hit me like a train all day, but I hear the withdrawals are worse.

That's so surprising to me. Adderall I get an awesome rush that last's hours that is euphoric and just concentrated awesomeness. Rtialin.... Idk what I feel. A little more awake? Basically nothing.
