Adderall + Tramadol Interaction?

Hey everyone.

I'd like to give a brief background on what my friend takes daily, so you can better answer his question.

What he's prescribed is simple: He takes one 20mg Adderall XR when he wakes up (around 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM), and one 10mg Adderall IR between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Would it be okay for him, taking these medications, to take 150mg of Tramadol (staggered doses) late at night?

I would start at only taking 50 mg since tramadol has a weird stimulating effect for some people. Plus it could take a couple hours to fully hit you. So if you plan to take your Adderall at usual time in the morning, you may still feel the tramadol for a while.

WARNING:
There would be a risk here. I remember reading on erwoid someone taking MPH + Tramadol and ened up having a sezuire needing hopstioal treatmeat and also left with brain damage.

And adderall is WAY way more stronger than MPH. So please avoid them.
