Adderall + Tramadol -- How long to wait?

Hey all,

I know the possible dangers of mixing Adderall XR with tramadol. They both have long half lifes so I am curious as to how long I should wait before I dose. I like taking my 30mg Adderall XR in the morning (before 9am) and dosing on tram at about 6pm. Is this ok?

It's hard to say. If you're taking a lower dose of tramadol, the risks are pretty low.

If you wanna be safe though, I would wait until tomorrow to take the tramadol, or at least later on this evening...

I take them together all the time, 7-10mg of Dex and 50-100mg of Tramadol. I don't know of any dangers.

I am talking about 30mg of adderall (XR), and atleast 9 hours later, 200mg or so of Tramadol.

24 hours to be safe. both have 8+(hours) half-lives
