Stimulants adderall tolerence question please help

My friend took 55-60mg of xr swollowed yesterday at 2oclock. he redosed at 3oclock +10mg then he redosed again at 5oclock with +5mg.. It is now 5:15 on christmas morning and i have 35mg of adderall. Since the adderal he took was extended release can he crush the balls up to make instant realease and snort them to get the same effect it had on him yesterday?
 
Everyone is different and you make no mention of important info such as tolerance.
Short answer: no. The high the following day is never the same for amphetamine b/c neurotransmitter stores have been reduced and/or depleted. The difference is less pronounced with lower tolerance.
