Stimulants Adderall tolerance questions

I've been on all sorts of stimulants for ADHD for about five years now, and Adderall XR for four of those. I now take 30mg a day, which, for all practical purposes has no real effect on me anymore. Even when I try abusing it, I'll take 60-120mg, usually with minimal effect. I have an absolutely MASSIVE tolerance, and I'm really tired of it. Like right now--I'm on 90mg (albeit extended release) and I'm yawning, for Christ's sake. So I have a few questions.

1) If I were to take a tolerance break, how long should I make it, considering the information above?
2) I've heard that magnesium supplements and NMDA-antagonists can help with tolerance. Are there any others?
3) What are some surefire ways to potentiate Adderall?

Also, until I have my tolerance under control, how much should I take for REAL effects?

Thanks.

1. Several months to a year for best effects.
2. Not really, and those only help prevent the development of tolerance, they don't help once you already have one.
3. Antacids, rectal administration.
