Adderall to Desoxyn dosage equivalents?

I have this chart see... about all the stimulants and equidosage (10mg focalin = 20mg Ritalin) etc. etc.

but... I'm missing the potency between Desoxyn and everything else

METHAMPHETAMINE, purely is what desoxyn is, but... what would be the equidosage to adderall.. or say dexedrine... its the only thing missing on my chart
