Stimulants Adderall recreational dosage

So I just bought some adderall and he gave me them in white caps, pretty big ones but not the ones the pharmacy gives them to you in. Now I don't have a mg scale, don't have the cash for one and I'm doing them tomorrow. Anyone know a store that has mg scales? I'd plan on just putting a pill on it in the store and leaving. Or does anyone know the exact amount of beads in a small 5 mg cap so I could count it out and do it that way?

I did some research on dosage. I don't have a tolerance but I've done my fair share of mdma, blow, and speedy e pills which I'm sure had amphetamine. From what i gather a 60 mg dose seems to be good, or maybe a 45 mg with 15 added if I need it.
 
I wonder why a dealer would dump what sound like XR pellets in a different type of cap. Sounds a little fishy to me. 60mg is probably a good dosage for someone who has stimulant experience but you might want to start a little lower. Personally, I would crush up the pellets and snort them but that's my preferred ROA. Even if you don't want to put them up your nose, crushing them to kill the time release before eating them would probably yield more desirable effects anyway. I would still be weary seeing as the packaging is somewhat suspicious. It might be a good idea to do just a little bit at first to test the waters.

As far as scales go, your best bet is to buy one from some online store. I doubt there are many stores that would have scales out and about where you could surreptitiously just weigh something out. I'm also guessing there is more in those pellets than just amphetamine and weighing them out might not give you an accurate reading. Naming stores might be too close to sourcing so that might be prohibited.
 
Yeah seemed a little fishy to me too only thing I could think of is he wanted to sell me a little less than I thought. I can't really find it so I'll settle for paying more and yes I was planning on crushing them to kill the time release. They're the small tiny tiny little orange pellets in there, I'm pretty sure it's adderall I mean what else would those little orange pellets be.
