Adderall (Quick Answer before 9am est)

Hey guys, i just got a adderall xr 20mg capsule last night, and it has been years since ive taken adderall, since highschool to be exact, lol. if i take this XR, how much will it make me speed (i been taking oxys lately, no speed), how much/long will it effect me, and whats the best way to take it? orally, rectally, smoke it (if its similar to effects of meth, i would smoke it (just tell me how) because if i remember correctly, theres beads in it?

I don't know what you mean by how long it will make me speed but the effects can last up to 8-12 hours. Just take it orally or crush the beads to make it instant release. If you crush the beads and break the time release then the effects should last 4-6 hours. 20mg's shouldn't effect you too much. Its a low dose.
