Adderall Questions

Ok so heres the thing. I have a a few 10mg and 15 mg IR adderalls. I usually shoot some and then eat the rest. Now usually shooting makes the drug wear off faster but you get 100% bioavailability. I searched a few other threads that said oral is around 70%?

I dont snort them so im not doing that. I also read that taking a few tums will increase duration or have them kick in faster? So my question is this just for oral? If i shoot some and take some tums will this not work? I know stupid fuckin question but just wondering.

Also if i take the tums how long should i wait if i take the pills orally? Take them at the same time? Any info on this is highly appreciated!
 
Tums lower gastric acidity so I assume this only affects oral ROA although I fail to see the benefit of that considering that oral meds are usually formulated to interact with average levels of acidity. Could someone explain this Tums trick please?
 
So taking tums would counteract the medication? They are IR tablets so im not sure if they are affected differently from extended release with trying to change stomach ph.
 
Unlike Ritalin or cocaine, the amphetamines in Adderall are quite dependent on the body's pH when taken orally. When taken with a more basic stomach, the effects of addy last much longer. Opposing this idea, you will notice a significantly decreased duration with this drug if you take it with juices or colas. I would suggest taking the addy orally with a small amount of baking soda mixed into water- maybe a teaspoon or so. Tums would work as well! Careful though, this isnt something you want to do too often because yes, it will make your Adderall last longer and peak higher, but it is also taxing on your body as it screws around with the body's pH buffer system.

Take some gums or baking soda water an hour or so before taking. That seems to work for me. What I'm more interested in is how you are shooting them? ? I have always been told adderall is just one drug not to shoot because of the binders in them. Have you noticed any negative effects?
 
^Well man i dont shoot them all the time. And when i do they are the IR never the ER pills. Usually ill do a 15mg to start off. I filter 3 times using cotton, i dont have any micron filters. There is alot of filler but after the 3rd filter its pretty clear. Also after that i usually eat the rest. Snorting gives me a nasty comedown and without any benzos its no fun.

As for negative effects i havent really had anything health wise. But i also havent been messing around with adderall and shooting it that much to give you any long term health problems. But for the short term i havent had any problems.

Ok so usually an hour before taking it orally is good to take the tums/baking soda ok man thats good to know.
 
Right on man. I'm not gonna lie I have I've Addy 's a few times but yeah just filtered them like 3 times. Never got a rush but definitely still felt them faster. Drink the baking soda water like an hour before and take tubs like 30 min before.
