Adderall Question

Okay i am strictly posting this questoin in regards to harm prevention. I have never tried Adderall however I have somehow come across a 10 mg pill. I dont really know what the hell this pill is supposed to do or if it is safe to take. One of my friends told me to rail it but I am hesitant. Should i just flush this damn thing or pop it? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

I know I can do that I am just wondering if there is any potential harm in taking this pill? On the basis that I have not taken anything else (other than a little coke). Is railing it going to f me up?
