I hear people say adderall is WAY more potentiated with piracetam

I ask this

5grams Piracetam
5grams Choline Citrate
20mg Adderall XR

What do you guess 20mg Adderall XR will feel like?
Will it feel like 40mg Adderall? 100mg?

Just need some first person experiences
