adderall, oxycodone and suboxone

Last night i took 4 30 mg ir amphetamine salts along with a couple other drugs and 3 40mg OP generic oxycontins. I couldn't break the time release and never really felt high (from oxy) but i was speeding my elbows off all night. This morning i took 60mg more adderall and i guess i am so spun out i completely forgot i took the ocs. I took them about 18 hours ago. Being that i forgot i took the oxy, there is two mg of suboxone under my tongue. I felt like i was withdrawing from subs but i could also have just been crashing off the adds. Looking story short, what the fuck do i do if i go into precipitated withdrawal while spun out on amps? Should i take more suboxone or should i just crawl in the fetal position and start crying for a few days? I'm scared. Oh yea i also just parachuted another amp30 prior to taking the sub if that means anything. I'm in pretty bad shape right now and its early in the day please suggestions

I think the most ridiculous and painful thing one can do to himself is go on a hard core amp binge and let yourself crash/ comedown in the morning. Crashing sucks no matter what but it seems a lot worse when the sun is blaring into your window and you have to get through the whole day dealing with " normal" people. I'm also out of my clonazepam and temazepam. All i have left is three valium tens to last me four days, some subs, and gabapentin. I also have one more add left, will that make me feel better or worse. I'm suffering greatly.

One more quick thing, please don't explain to me how stupid and irresponsible my drug use was, because every single nerve in my body is constantly reminding me.

Amphetamines and suboxone actually will downregulate your dopamineric system in a big way..... im my opinion.

Plus it cause me to break out in hives, Just really powerful uppers when combined. Major dehydration and fuckin with body fluids , nerves, fever etc.

Both pretty amazing drugs tho in the short term

Good point, opiates are almost as dopiminergenic as amphetamines, they just increase synaptic DA levels in different ways, one indirectly and one directly.

You keep taking them at the same time, and neurotoxicity from dopamine autoxidation goes up, DA is downregulated, and I would guess that DA receptors would multiply (not sure about this one), causing tolerance to amp and tolerance to opiates to increase more than taking each one seperately.

Remember that people with low prefrontal cortex DA levels (ADD) find opiates to be a great medication for ADD, almost as good as amphetamines, there's a reason for that...

You've got some good info in here. All you can do now is not take anything else right now, and take care of yourself - rehydrate well, nutrition, rest, gentle exercise if you can etc.. how are you doing now? Loperamide can help with WDs, and (in the very short term) benzos too but be careful with those as very addictive obviously.

Don't take the Adderall. If you take a dose of Suboxone 24 hours after your first one, it shouldn't make any precipitated WDs worse and might help, but then you may withdraw from that too - can't put the WDs off forever. Are you addicted to oxycodone? You only get serious precipitated WDs if you are opioid dependent, or have used for a few days after being previously addicted. I would take a diazepam a day, be wary of mixing it with gabapentin though, get yourself as comfy as you can and see how you go..
