Adderall Not Working While on Methadone

I'm new to the sight and am still figuring out how to do everything so I apologize if I do something wrong.

I started MMT a year ago for opiate addiction. I have always been on ADD medicine but had stopped taking it about 6 months before I decided to get help for my opiate addiction. My parents had mentioned how they think I need to go back on it and I agreed. I found a psychiatrist, got tested and then got put on 30 mgs of Adderall. Needless to say, it didn't work. I went back to my psychiatrist and he put me on 70 mgs of vyvanse. NOTHING. NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER. I am baffled. Is it because of my methadone? Is there a different medication that I should be taking?

***I just dropped 10 mgs and am now at 90 mgs (slowly but surely I will get totally off of it)
*** I am 5'1" and weigh 123 lbs
*** Before Methadone I was taking 40 mgs of vyvanse and it worked perfectly

Hi there. What methadone are you on is it dextro-methadone or levo-methadone and or / other ? Now whilst i don't know for sure it's got me thinking that amphetamine salts namely adderall which is what you have will most likely not work with dextro-methadone. I'm suspect because they are both from the dex family. Is there any dexedrine in adderall of is it just amphetamine salts ?

Have a read up on the mechanism of action of both drugs when used in synergy and see if you can work it out.
