Adderall Nausea

So I've been taking adderall for about 2 years(non script) and just recent I've started getting bad nausea even when I take dramamine(anti nausea pills that always work for me). I've tried taking it without food and with food, with my multi vitamins and without my multis, nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
