Adderall/Methylphenidate Shrinking Testes?

Hi, I'm new to the forum.

Whenever I take adderall, focalin, vyvanse or similar stuff, my testes always shrink severely. At times it can be quite uncomfortable, has anyone experienced similar effects or know how I can combat this?
