Adderall + Methadone symptoms after chronic use

Hi I am new to this site so want to ask a question about Adderall and Methadone. I have been on Methadone for 2 years. I started Adderall 6 months ago. I woke up the other day and purged once. Ever since then I've had Hot and cold sweats of Monstrous proportions. I haven't ate well I'm several weeks. Are my symptoms from the Chronic Adderall? It seemed to get worse when I took the Adderall. Barr Adderall is the generic. I never had problems from Corepharma. I feel as if I've been withdrawaling from Opiates. Can anyone shed light on this?
 
45 mgs of Methadone daily and usually 60 mgs of Adderall daily. I eat Just not like I should or as often. Could it be from not getting nutritional diet? I don't know why i Feel like this. Came up all the sudden. I've been on Barr generics for a month now. I'm so confused.
 
One other thing is is that about an hour or so after I dose Methadone I'm better, but not completely right. Of the Addy is flushing the Meth out, why now all sudden?
