Opioids Adderall making opiods not work due to fast metabolism

Basically is the Adderall making the opiate go away faster... not I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight. Because I definitely can't eat whatever I want. But the pain meds never seem to be working in my system

I don't do any drugs or drink. all I do take are my prescribed pain medicine and the Adderall sometimes ambient to sleep. I hate people trying to call me entitled for needing or expecting better pain relief from my medicine but it hurts all the damn time and sometimes it feels like someone suddenly stabbing me in the back. Yeah I can get and understand your situation. A new pain doctor would be great if it was a possibility. What is your current pr3scribed dosage and you protocol as to taking them

25 mcg fentanyl patch which I've accidently put on upside down and couldn't tell the difference of having it or not having it. 30 mg IR morphine. 800mg gabapentin. Tizanidine or Flexeril forgot dosage. something else i forget

go every day to the doctor, say couple of nice question/statements to doctor, you are on morphine and aderral. He should prescribe you something like hydromorph or oxycodone. Don't go like you need more pills but say doc i can go without pills if you think that will make me functional. That is all I wanna e a functional member of society!

Tho the concerta was prescribed to me with buprenorphine and pregabalin at one time and that combo did better for my fybro as migraines or strong-headaches than tramadol f.e. or tapentadol. There is not a pill for everything. You will experience pain that is part of life. Amphetamine can heighten pain. opioids will dull pain enough to make life bearable, you are not entitled to a pain free life and no pill will ever let you attain that. If you continue in this manner you will dig yourself into a hole of heavier and heavier opioid use/dependence and pain
Start looking at exercise/socialise with friends family eat well/try yoga or meditation. Trust me the more holistic ways you start looking into to add to your medication the better off you will be in the long term.

They kept sending me Tizanidine when they were supposed to send me cycle of benzaprine Tizanidine knocks me on my ass. When they first started me on these meds years ago they just threw all of them at me so no I couldn't tell what was helping and what wasn't except that I was still fucking hurting send me your email address I'm trying to send you the MRIs but it's sending it to a do not reply or no reply back email address. When I actually stopped all the meds and started adding them one back at a time I could feel that the muscle relaxers were loosening me up but Loose and out of pain are two different things. There's the Gabapentin I never knew that it did anything now that I could tell but now that I had it back and that it's in the higher dose I feel a little bit of pain relief but I don't feel any kind of buzz or euphoria or any reason to really stay on it except that it did take away some of my pain from my pinched nerve I have several pinched nerve in my low back and my middle back. Now the patch in the morphine both keep me from screaming crying in pain and every once in awhile if I'm out with friends or my son and ex-husband for dinner eating and I'm distracted I can make it through dinner without just falling over in pain but I'm still it probably a four maybe three sometimes. But the more majority of the time I'm still in a six five or six six according to the color coded symptom chart of what I feel for example I am very aware of my pain and it keeps me from being able to concentrate or doing things that I enjoy.

These are not the same doctor one is my psychiatrist and the other is my pain management and they both know about each other. I've never known the Adderall to make the pain med more euphoric I've never felt Euphoria from any of my pain meds. And I can't go see the doctor everyday I can call in and to my pain management and saying this is helping this is not and I've told them all I want to do is be able to play with my child and such.

So I went out and got a hair follicle drug test done and showed that I only tested positive for my pain meds and my Adderall and then called the toxicologist who did my testing who sent a memo about how Adderall in certain situations was known to test false positive for math because it's made from basically the same thing. But the office manager didn't want anything to do with it and wouldn't even listen and I even had the toxicologist called their office. I'll see if I can get the memo and post it up here

Wiki will tell you a lot about Buprenorphine but what it comes down to its a partial agonists and a antagonists with other receptors.

So this is where it's trickery happens. Fooling the mu receptors in thinking they getting what they want but not really and that's how it also takes the wds away but it being an opioid doesn't change the fact that it has analgesic effects and in this case strong. Will add more just now but just do a quick search and see what I mean.

Hey guys, there is no need to be calling people names. We may be drug addicts and thus, "children at heart" in many ways, though this doesn't mean we need to act like that.

There is a well-known, but less-well-known understood mechanism or relationship between Opioid agonists and Central Nervous System stimulants. We are discussing Amphetamines here which is apt, as they are legal and thus much more studied and understood than Cocaine for instance.

What is pain anyway? What does it mean to "eliminate" pain? If a person is still functionally, physically fucked up but not experiencing pain, are they actually in pain? The truth is that we know as much about this concept of pain than we do about concepts like Love. We all apparently understand and can easily describe the experience of pain, right? Can mental anguish, seemingly lacking external, physical stimuli cause a person to feel "physical pain", the answer is yes.

Is pain less painful if you're sitting in a room with not stimuli as opposed to doing something you enjoy like maybe playing video games for instance? While there is no truly scientific way of measuring such a phenomenon, most people will tell you that pain, both physical and mental can be lessened by outside stimuli. So what the hell does that mean?

I agree but only tested ritalin and Concerta basicly the long and short acting methylphenidate
Short 10mg x3 a day
Long 18mg x2 a day
And one thing I noticed is that it always brought my opiod wds come on quicker. So that my exp with the 2. Also I only did this for 2 months

When I used to be on adderall 30mg XR I would take Oxycodone IR… 20 mg to be more specific. It worked great for my pain while on the addy. You should try and get meds switched up, I’ve always heard stories on morphine’s bad qualities for pain when you really need it to work. Oxy IR is much more effective for localized pain in my experienced opinion. Hope this helps.


Taking this combo is very dangerous, I don’t recommend it. But everyone is different!

what do you mean localized pain? shouldn't it help all your pain?
