I have spent HOURS looking up this toping to no avail. Due to a recent loss of insurance I have been switched from Adderall XR 60mg/day to Adderall IR 60mg/day (split in 3 doses). They are generic obviously but I was wondering if the IR will give me the same level of weight loss that I received from the XR. I legitimately do have ADHD but the weight loss is a needed side effect and I was always motivated to eat healthier and work out on XR. I'm hoping the IR will do the same. Thanks!!!

There's no reason it wouldn't. The only difference would be that the instant-release would last for a shorter period of time, in turn suppressing your appetite for a shorter period of time, and causing rebound hunger more often between dosages.
