Adderall IR questions..

I am prescribed to generic adderall 30mg instant release 2x daily...i dont really know exactly what to look for when it starts kicking in because I dont notice anything besides my heart rate go up and i get that "butterflies in your stomach" feeling..so I just took 2 30mg IR generic addys each one hour apart and I also mixed it with 4mg xanax but my benzo tolerance is real high (I'm prescribed 4 2mg's a day)i took the first addy 1 hour and a half ago, the 2nd one i took about a half hour ago but this is my first time dosing two instant 30mg IR's at the same time..what should i be looking for and is it bad i combined it with the xanax?

Not sure if its ok to mix with Xanax safely or not. I have heard of people doing it but I am not a pharmacist or doctor. That being said, if you are unsure, dont do it. Why increase your chances of doing any possible harm to yourself?
