For the purpose of harm reduction, I will start by saying that IV use of a pill is bad. Always bad. No exceptions. I am aware of this. Binders and fillers are bad. Needles are bad. Hell, even drugs are bad.
I see many discount adderall as a IV drug, and I am not trying to argue, I would just like to understand the science behind what makes it so much worse. Saying the high isn't as good, or that it is a waste because of bioavailability is not accurate. I would like to know what it is that is so bad. The damage to veins is obvious, but other drugs are just as bad if not worse.
