Adderall helps me get to sleep?

yep, there have been times i have taken adderal and almost immediately crashed or felt very tired and just irritable..no clue what caused that type of efect but i didnt like it, at all...

caffeine is weird too, sometimes it just makes me sleepy, other times it just gives me a very lame boost of anxious energy for 20 minutes..garbage drug imo..
