Adderall goes from great to nothing

So I took 20mg adderall xr for months worked amazing euphoria rush focus ambitious. One day I took my 20mg along with prozac. I felt the amazing euphoric rush coming mentally and all of a sudden nothing but my heart was pounding. Absolutely no positive mental effect. Anyone experienced or dealt with this??? ; (((( now I have 30mg brand name Ir's but still lack uphoria plzzzzzz helpppp

it just sounds like your tolerance... You can try snorting them? Shooting adderall is almost pointless.

So this happened the first time you took Prozac?

It was like 5 years go but ya i think the first initial time I took them together. Otherwise I would think it was tolerance, but I literally felt the rush atarting (euphoria incoming) and then BAM nothing. Scared it is something deeper like a chemical or neuro pathway

Adderall and Prozac can cause serotonin syndrome if taken together. Racing heart can be a symptom of that.

I'm currently prescribed both prozac and adderall. This is a common duo prescribed to people with depression/anxiety and add. So i don't think there's anything dangerous about the combo. I've taken prozac for years before the adderall, so I really don't know if there is a change in the effects.
