I went from CorePharma over to Sandoz today. It seems like the Sandoz is smoother without so much paranoia. I may be totally imagining this. Maybe it's placebo. I don't know. What is your experience with this?

I just found out last month I have ADD. I got a bottle of pills and was pissed that 20 years of being diagnosed with depression is total bull but thats another story. Still I was happy because I felt "cured". By Oct 3rd I had another bottle. I went from 20-30mg. Like I said I thought I was cured then for the last few weeks I have been struggling. Even if I only take 3/4 I am still a mess. I thought maybe I was taking too much. I have energy but I feel like my ADD is worse. I thought about how my dr said to get Barr or Corepharma but ignored him cause I just wanted my new meds that day. Not sure what he was talking about because the meds were fine. I thought I was ok but now I am having major brain freeze at work and crying out of frustration. I noticed I am much more irritable. I checked the labels and the one I am taking now is Sandoz. So this morning I took half of the corepharma and had a smooth morning by afternoon I took a sandoz and I was a mess. I am still a mess cause its all I have right now. Odd for me that the CorePharma worked when so many say it doesn't. I wonder if there is a difference when taken by women. I've read only some say CorePharma works but those that say it swear by it. I can't wait to get my new meds! I still find it hard to believe that a manufacturer can make a difference.<3

Hi MrsJanetLove, welcome to Bluelight :)

If the active ingredient is exactly the same and the same dosage (and there is no difference as far as timed-release or regular release of course), then the only differences would be in the so-called "inactive" ingredients (binders, fillers, etc). Certain people may have some issues with certain "inactive" ingredients. If you find one works better for you please talk to your doctor. We don't actually allow threads on purely subjective differences betweens brands, this thread is over 2 years old and may have been started before we had this rule or something. We also discourage bumping of old threads unless you have something really important to add. Please check out our guidelines for more info and feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
