I have taken Adderall IR just a few times in my life (~7) all over the span of about a year. I had an Adderall IR 30mg (Barr) pill today and took 20mg of it. I started feeling it's effects after 5 minutes and continued going up. After 30 minutes I took the remaining 10mg and went up more. I got a mild mood lift for around 30 minutes and then got some mild dysphoria. My heart rate was significantly increased and I was definitely stimulated so the dose was not too low. The comedown sucked and I have been coming down for several hours now, which pisses me off as I barely went up and for a short period of time. Is the euphoria only suppose to last around an hour, maybe 2 hours max? Is this all normal? A lot of people prefer Adderall to Coke because Adderall lasts longer but Adderall euphoria only lasts 40min-1.5hr with a bad 4-6 hour comedown for me where as Coke euphoria last around 40 minutes with a mild 1 hour comedown. I just don't get it, something has to be off.
