Adderall dosage?

I insuffulated 40mgs from 2 Addy XR 20mgs...I feel pretty Lit but could I dose another 20mgs? Its about an hour since initial dose.

Cardiovascular stress? So wondering if it would be safe
 
You'll be okay, if you aren't feeling the full speedy effects from 40, 60 should do it. You're not going to die from it, or even get sick. You'll just feel speedier and more euphoria. Go ahead, and be safe.
 
Thanks for the response, nah I definitelywwas but Im more of a tina head than addys and I have reached the spun feeling from addys before just 40 was not all quite their though still pleasant. Yeah 60 has done it definitely. I have kratom for my comedown which is the ONLY reason I have no problem dosing so high. I'm spun now haha. How does adderall last compared to a meth high in terms of duration? I'm surenot as llong but is it at least 4-5 hours maybe?
