Stimulants Adderall dosage

I have experience with all these drugs and have taken Aderrall and vicodin together before and found the results to be quite pleasurable. I have acquired some dilaudid. I was wondering if it was safe to throw some in the mix?

Vicodin tolerance 60 mg orally
Adderall tolerance 60 mg ( 20 mg orally, 40 mg snorted )
Dilaudid tolerance 10 mg snorted

When I took the vicodin and adderall together I took my regular 60 mg aderrall and added 30 mg vicodin. I usually take 30 mg addy orrally then about 2 hours later snort 20 and then snort the other 20 an hour after that. I take the vicodin about 2 hours after the initial oral adderall dose.

Safe to take say 60 mg adderall, 30 mg vicodin and 4 mg dilaudid?

The extended release mechanism is great for legitimate users because they don't have to go to the washrooms to pop a pill while their co-workers watch and take notes...but for drug abusers it can be a bad thing. When you're into some serious drug use, you want to be in control of everything...you don't know what will happen or how you'll feel 4 hours later so you don't want to have shit releasing by itself, unless you're 100% sure you would have taken it at that particular time.
 
Most seem to say AddXR releases half instantly and half 4 hours later. I'm 99% sure it'll be safe considering you have taken roughly 30mg before. Increasing your dose will always increase tolerance, not too much though as long as you take breaks from Adderall. If I were you, I would crush two of your XR15's, cap 'em back up, and swallow.
 
^ Totally true. Came across a dozen worth of these problems myself lol. "you will tweak for awhile" probably comes from a person who never took amps and who learned from literature that amp users are called tweakers, then used this information to pretend to be knowledgeble on a drug site for e-peen.
 
Absolutely - "tweaking for a while" may not be too arduous for a person in good health - potentially lethal for someone with cardiac problems. I have controlled hypertension and am getting on a bit. In the US Im prescribed Desoxyn 5mg (methamphetamine 5mg) for terrible ADD - I wouldn't dare snort the stuff or up my dose as I was virtually contraindicated due to my health - nasty stuff could happen. my first XR dose was 60 mg and i've never been more stimulated than that. it was even better than coke (and i've done a LOT of coke in one go), probably due to the duration and the "everything is so clear" aspect of it/empathy that coke doesn't provide for me.

at the time i was 180, a lot of muscle, though, so maybe if you're lighter than me you'd want to go with a lower dose.

XR is better than IR in my opinion because it puts you in a different state of mind by the middle of the high (calm, focused, feeling "in tune"), but the crash is HARSH.

Adderall dose isn't weight dependent, your weight doesn't matter. It's not like with opioids. Many kids are on 15mg XR and only weight 50lb. The correct way to administer it is to start at 5mg IR and titrate up of 5mg until you get the effect, the weight isn't part of it.
 
Slightly different approach for me
I used Adderall to help with opiate WDs, and now over a month has passed and no opiates. But I still have that craving for Amps and keep taking some "not on daily bases". I started at 15mg day 3 30mg day 5 45mg oral, today I just take 30mg for the whole 12-14 hours. Didn't want to just switch my drug of choice, I just had to work the whole time while WD from opiates. That's the reason for usage of amps.
My question
Was my dosages to rapid? Should I expect WDs? since PAWS had stopped. If I attempt taking amps again, what dose should I consider?
Edit: Should I slowly decrease my amps dosages?

With amphetamines keep in mind the personality loop. Assuming your name is Matt...and you plan to take 30mg IR Adderall or Dex for the entire day, once you do that, 2 hours after you become John. Now, John is not Matt, he has different needs, wants, and acts differently. John is foolish, so the way you plan your trip is to make sure that John doesn't hurt himself and plan B, even if John manages to hurt himself and takes another 30mg, when he becomes Mark, to make sure Mark doesn't hurt himself and focus on triggering an amphetamine comedown in Mark, voluntary or involuntary.

Like, while you are still you, you must ensure you won't do something stupid once you become someone (or something) else. Watch out for amphetamines. Word of warning. Using them for opiate withdrawal successfully requires a mentally strong individual.

That's a great way to describe it and you are soo right about requirements. Going thru my experience it was tough and not the safest combination of meds, but I was able to over come the WDs now kicking down amps. I only took Amps for a 8 days strait while WDs, but after that been cutting down on dosages and time in between days. So I'm at one month since first use of amps.
