I love this stuff always for a week or two then i start to get anti social. Its the worst but thats about the same time the the extra sexual side effects kick in and the libido goes crazy! I almost wanna say its worth it to continue using it just for the sex... is this bad

Not Adderall but I'm prescribed dexamphetamine and elvanse and both can make me a bit antisocial. Mostly because I become more interested in activities and tasks (cooking, cleaning, screens etc) than people, which become distractions. Hyperfocus I guess.
As for the horny stuff...
I can't think of a combination of drugs and activities that floods your brain with more dopamine than stims and sex. It can be an incredibly addictive habit and I've seen a loooooooooooooot of people saying they've been hooked on chemsex or stimfapping for months or even years on end.
Also I don't know if you have a prescription or whatever but if you do then binging on them can fuck your tolerance really quickly and make therapeutic use difficult. If you're acquiring them from an illicit source you may well be taking meth.
So yeah fucking about with stims long term can be a bit of a minefield.
