This morning I took a 20mg xr addy around 8am. Later, around 12pm I crushed up the 10mg IR i had and proceeded to insufflate it throughout the day. I finished the IR at about 6pm. My question is, would it be safe to roll on 400mg of MDMA tonight around 9 or 10pm? I'm not worried about the adderall lessening my roll or whatever, I'm concerned with the health risks and If i should be worried about a heart attack etc. Any advice/experience would be greatly appreciated. PS... I won't be running around or dancing at all, just chilling and relaxing and listening to music. Thanks!

Looks like you've answered your own question. If you're pounding 400mg in one go just to get the same effect, I can safely say it's probably time to take up a new hobby for a bit.
amphetamine + mdma = brain damage. The flood if dopamine in addition to the effects of MDMA severely damages serotonin neurons. Thats why clean molly leaves you feeling refreshed while rolls with MDMA and other amphetamines cause a horrible hangover.

Got it thanks guys! I figure it's time to take a long break from mdma. Luckily I can confidently say I've been doing pure molly but the magic has been lost. Too much of a good thing ends up being quite the opposite. Thanks for the info and advice
