Adderall and getting a tattoo

Has anyone tried taking adderall before getting a tat? I'm covered in them already but I suck at dealing with the pain... it's embarrassing lol. Adderall boosts my dopamine levels up and makes me feel great due to my depression (not on any meds for that anymore). Would this help with pain possibly? Or would it just make it feel worse because I'd be hyper focusing on the pain? Or make it feel longer than it really is? Adderral tends to warp my sense of time.

I think it would help with the pain but the "hyper focus" adderall gives you would probably result in a very uncomfortable experience.

Id try to find something else for this type of thing or just suck it up.

No, Adderall will not help you get a tattoo. If you can't get your first tattoo sober you don't deserve one.

taking a stimulant before you have to sit still in a chair for a long period of time is an unwise move to make

what you would want is something like a couple of beers, which will help to numb the pain a little bit, but also calm nerves and not make you talk the guys ear off or want to move about or have more anxiety.

No, it wouldnt help with the pain. Regarding the beer thing, I cant sY this with 100% certainty but... Ive heard from both tattoo artists and ppl with more tats than I have, that it isnt rwxommended to drink before getring a tattoo because it thins out your blood, or increases the amount of bleeding that takes place or something.

If you already smoke, Id say smoke a bowl for two reasons... Nerves and pain. I know its not your first tat, but... Couldnt hurt! Or, a painkiller (low dose, im taking 5-10mg vicodin or percocet.
Dont flame me people... Not teying to put someone on a path into opiate addiction, lol... Im talking about for this ONE occasion, for a specific purpose.
