Bout to pick up some coke an I have about 2 10mg adderall, would it be safe to rail like 1 addy n like half g of coke?

Not sure, sorry, but I was just wondering.... why not save the adderall for when you are out of coke? I always regret those kinda things. Like, if you're gonna be high as hell already, why not save the pills for later?
