Adderall and Catuaba Bark Safe Together?

Hi, I'm just wondering if these two drugs are safe to take together. Low dose of adderall and catuaba. I don't want to take anything that could be dangerous.

Some other vitamins I take: L-Arginine, Fish Oil, Zinc, Vitamin D, Tongkat Ali, B6, Horny Goat Weed. (not always consistently)

I'd definitely recommend against taking a supplement that isn't just little-studied, but obscure enough that its active compounds haven't even been identified.

Why are you even taking this in the first place, anyway?
