Adderall/amphetamine salts comedown is like ritalin high

So today I took about 40mg of adderall. Felt cool calm and collected. No anxiety what so ever. When the comedown hit, I imedditaly though of ritalin\methyphenidate high. The comedown on adderall felt simular to ritalins HIGH.

My question is, is there a valid reason for this, do you have any thoughs. Also is there a way to make ritalin less like a jittery mess? I've taken gabapentin with it. I took my daily dose of 1200mg. That seemed to take the edge off, but I didn't feel the full effect of the ritalin. I skiped my Gabapentin dose today and still had no anxiety on adderall. Ritalin is much more easier to get. So I want to make it more enjoyable.

a small dose of a benzo takes the edge off of the MPH high ime. the one time i experimented with it was on a binge where i'd take XR MPH with 0.5mg xanax repeated throughout the day. there was not a time where i felt jittery.

Do you take Adderall or Dexedrine regularly? Maybe you have a tolerance?

Ritalin never made me a jitter mess but I was prescribed it in low doses for ADD, so it was not a stimulant to me.

I don't have much of a tolerance at all. Five days ago I snorted 20mg of MPH. First 2 mins were great. Next 3 hours I felt awful.

Im literally right here with you man. I took 45 mg of adderall today too, but the comedown feels a lot different... In a bad way. I think were asking similar questions too lol... When you said ritalin is a jittery mess, i assume you mean thats a bad thing, which implies you might feel like shit right now. So if you do, I hope you get better and good luck.
