Not to mention tramadol contains, what like....350mg of acet at least...

I'm being a little harsh sorry man, but seriously tramadol is a junk drug that should be pulled from the market. I would advise strongly against taking it period.
I drink a few nightcaps on heavy doses of oxycodone, but I know that shit won't kill me. At least I know that it would be a long shot.
By night caps I mean a couple double spiced rum drinks mixed with honey, lemon and cinnamon. Its a hot drink, and leaves me feeling very nice.
I usually drink them in my jetted bathtub with candles, and I have speakers I play sounds of rain and thunder. I find it so therapeutic, I feel like I'm in heaven. Then I hop out and fall asleep faster then then the lights can get turned out.
My dream is to own a steam room in my house, the best form of therapy is heat.
