Adderall absorption, when can I have acidic drinks?

Hey, I was just wondering how long does it take for adderall to be absorbed because I have a migraine right now & drinking a mixture of Gatorade & water usually helps while I'm in the spin.
The only problem is, Gatorade is acidic & acidity fucks with absorption of amphetamines as many of you may know. I took my last dose 30 minutes ago... How long after taking the pills should I wait to consume something acidic???

When you get high its gonna be ok to have acidics in my experience. If its XR it will fuck with it regardless, so just drink it. Your answer has been asked a lot, some say one hour, just throwing that out there in case you didn't search. Have fun.
