Stimulants Adderall 30mg

I was considering taking adderall 30mg, not sure if it will be IR or XR yet, but can anyone describe to me what I could expect, and if I should take less for my first time?

Also, how long would I be on it for, is it possible that I will be up for 2 days straight, and is there a possibility of having a really bad reaction that can end me up in a hospital?

I used to do Ritalin recreationally, but this time I'm taking adderall for a specific goal, and with Ritalin I had no bad side effects, except I didn't eat the whole day.

By the way I did read the "REMINDER- PLEASE READ - NO-"What Did I/Should I Take" Threads", and hopefuly this does not violate it, because all I'm trying to find out is the effects at 30mg (IR or XR).
 
Having no tolerance, one should not take 30mg for their first time. 10mg should be fine to start with and then take more if that happens to not be enough. It's incredibly unlikely that you'll be up for 2 days from 30mg but since everyone is so different I can't say that with absolute certainty. My first time taking Adderall I did 60mg over the course of 1 1/2 days and then passed the fuck out. Lastly, if you don't already have health issues (i.e heart problems or blood pressure etc) it would be completely absurd if you ended up in the hospital unless you're allergic to Adderall (a very, very rare condition).
 
first timers i usually recommend 10mg, you can increase to get "where you want"

my preferred ROA is snorting, adderall has a very nice, bitter and quite sweet drip.

to me, the IR's have a smoother comedown, but i have a more difficult time sleeping as direct result, i prefer the XR for the reason they have a better rush, and longer peak with--to me--a harsher comedown that helps me sleep easier.

Methylphenidate and D, Amp are totally different, for me Ritalin feels very dirty, cracked out high.

if you get the XR's the best way to fuck the beads up is in a dollar bill, folded so beads to fly everywhere, and then pulverized with a lighter. just split your crushed material into 3 piles, and snort 'em.

It's pretty unlikely you would have any bad reaction to 30 mg(unless you had some underlying heart problem first). But it is usually prescribed in doses, like 10-20 mg in the morning, and 10-20 mg in the early afternoon. 30 mg would make you feel really, really speedy if you were to take it all at once--It works better as a medication when you take a lower dose daily. Some people take an extremely high dose, like 90+ mg a day, but they must be super tolerant and it's still kind of crazy. And it will probably have the side effects of any speed, probably pretty similar to what you experienced on ritalin. You may notice slight differences in the way it makes you feel, but yeah pretty similar to that.
